1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in JakPots competitions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms. JakPots Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom to participate in JakPots competitions. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Each ticket gives you one entry into the specified competition draw. The maximum number of tickets per order is 10. Ticket numbers are allocated randomly from the available pool.

4. The Draw

The draw will take place once all tickets for a competition have been sold. A winner is selected at random using a verifiable random number generator. The draw is independently witnessed and the result is final.

5. Prize

The prize is as described on the competition page. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. JakPots reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances. The winner must be available to travel within 12 months of winning.
